ADVANCE UNIT REPAIR (AUR)

SCT offers AUR for any size product and just one to two days of down time at affordable prices.

Your replacement units are stocked at our regional depots and shipped out the same or next day anywhere in the US. Per your specifications, the end user returns the defective unit to SCT for repair and refurbishment and placed into your inventory for the next AUR.

REPAIR and RETURN

Terrific service in as little as three to five business days for your end users who cannot or are unwilling to secure an AUR.

Your end user can ship in their defective unit to a regional depot or SCT can pick up larger units. The unit is repaired and refurbished to your specifications and returned to your end user. SCT can further ease the burden on your end user by delivering packaging materials for smaller units that need to be shipped in.

ON SITE/ OFF SITE

The best of on site repair with the added assurance of Repair and Return in three to five business days.

SCT will stock parts locally based on your forecast to be used for the onsite repair. If the part fails to resolve the problem while on site, the technician brings the defective unit to our depot for further triage, diagnosis, repair and return to your end user. SCT can repair the defective boards and place them in your parts inventory.

CHANNEL / RETAIL RETURNS

SCT couriers will make weekly or bi-weekly pickups of defective merchandise. Repaired and refurbished units are returned with the next scheduled pick up.
